چکیده

The genetic architecture of quantitative characters in plants can be influenced by stress due to environmental changes, combination with the decrease organism’s average performance, resulting and variances. main objective this study was determine how high-temperature affects sensitivity three populations soybean foliar blight pathogen Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA from Mato Grosso, Maranhão, Tocantins a broad-spectrum fungicide. specific effect on evolvability components (i.e., selection response measures such as genotypic, environmental, phenotypic variances) associated broad spectrum dithiocarbamate fungicide mancozeb. fungal isolates were grown under two temperatures (25 °C 33.5 ºC, optimum stress, respectively) concentrations (0.0, 0.32, 0.64 g·L-1 active ingredient). mycelial growth measured, components, genotypic variance coefficient (IG), (IE), broad-sense heritability (h2), determined. results showed that decreased (≈ 0.1 units, scale 0 1.0) for mancozeb R. IA.

اثرات افزایش دما بر رفتار تهاجمی و حساسیت به قارچکش در بیمارگر سوختگی غلاف برنج (Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA)

UPLC-QTOF-MS metabolomics analysis revealed the contributions of metabolites to the pathogenesis of Rhizoctonia solani strain AG-1-IA

To explore the pathogenesis of Rhizoctonia solani and its phytotoxin phenylacetic acid (PAA) on maize leaves and sheaths, treated leaf and sheath tissues were analyzed and interpreted by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with chemometrics. The PAA treatment had similar effects to those of R. solani on maize leaves regarding the metabolism of traumatin, phytosphi...

High levels of gene flow and heterozygote excess characterize Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA (Thanatephorus cucumeris) from Texas.

To date, much of the genetics of the basidiomycete Thanatephorus cucumeris (anamorph = Rhizoctonia solani) remains unknown. Here, we present a population genetics study using codominant markers to augment laboratory analyses. Seven single-copy nuclear RFLP markers were used to examine 182 isolates of Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA collected from six commercial rice fields in Texas. Thirty-six multi...

Divergence between sympatric rice- and maize-infecting populations of Rhizoctonia solani AG-1 IA from Latin America.

ABSTRACT The basidiomycetous fungus Rhizoctonia solani anastomosis group (AG)-1 IA is a major pathogen in Latin America causing sheath blight (SB) of rice. Particularly in Venezuela, the fungus also causes banded leaf and sheath blight (BLSB) on maize, which is considered an emerging disease problem where maize replaced traditional rice-cropping areas or is now planted in adjacent fields. Our g...

Metabolites contributing to Rhizoctonia solani AG-1-IA maturation and sclerotial differentiation revealed by UPLC-QTOF-MS metabolomics

Rhizoctonia solani is a causative agent of sheath blight, which results in huge economic losses every year. During its life cycle, the formation of sclerotia helps Rhizoctonia solani withstand a variety of unfavorable factors. Oxidative stress is a key factor that induces sclerotium formation. The differentiated and undifferentiated phenotypes of R. solani AG-1-IA were obtained by controlling a...
